FAQ

Common questions about turnovers

How far in advance should we book?

We recommend booking by March for summer turnovers. Our crews fill up fast — the earlier you lock in your dates, the better we can staff to your unit count.

Can you handle a 200+ unit community in a single summer?

Yes — we’ve done it multiple times. We are a production style company, so we blitz through units fast,

What if a unit has more damage than expected?

We flag it immediately and get your approval before doing any work beyond the standard scope. You’re never surprised by a higher invoice.

Do you match existing paint colors?

Yes. We follow your lead on scheme and placement. It’s your paint we’re just putting it on the walls for you!
