Common Questions
When do you come in during the construction process?
We typically come in at two stages — rough-in primer after drywall is hung and inspected, then finish coats after trim is installed. We coordinate directly with your super so we’re never in the way of other trades.
Can you work around other trades on an active job site?
Yes — we’re used to it. We sequence our work floor by floor or building by building to stay out of other trades’ way and keep the schedule moving.
Do you provide paint color consultation for new builds?
We can work from your architect or interior designer’s spec, or help you select a color package if you don’t have one yet. We’ll coordinate directly with Sherwin-Williams on color matching and product selection.
How do you handle punch list items?
We assign a dedicated crew for punch list and touch-ups and stay on site until your superintendent signs off. We don’t disappear after the main coat is done.
What’s the best way to get a bid?
Send us your plans or a unit count and schedule and we’ll turn around a detailed bid within 48 hours. For larger projects, we’ll schedule a job site walk first.
