FAQ

Common Questions

Can you work in a building that’s still occupied during renovation?

Yes — we’re experienced with phased renovation programs in occupied buildings. We sequence work floor by floor or wing by wing, use low-VOC products where needed, and keep common areas clear at the end of every workday.

Can you coordinate directly with our general contractor?

Absolutely. We’re comfortable working as a subcontractor under a GC or managing the painting scope directly. Either way, we sync to your renovation schedule and communicate proactively about any conflicts.

How do you handle surface damage uncovered during renovation?

We flag it immediately and get your sign-off before doing any additional work. You’ll always know what’s coming before it hits your invoice — no surprises.

Do you handle both interior and exterior as part of one contract?

Yes — we prefer it that way. Having one painting contractor for the full scope simplifies coordination, keeps scheduling tight, and gives you a single point of contact throughout the renovation.

Starting a new build?

From ground-up developments to large-scale commercial projects, we’re ready to support your painting needs. Get in touch to discuss your project.
