A standard unit can typically be patched, prepped, and painted in 1–2 days depending on condition and size. We’ll give you a firm turnaround estimate after the initial walkthrough.

Can you handle ongoing make-ready work throughout the year?

Absolutely — many of our property management clients use us on an ongoing basis for make-ready units as they turn. We can set up a standing agreement so you’re not re-bidding every unit.
